You can delete your LetMeActForYou account yourself in the iOS app. You do not have to email us to start deletion.
Delete in the app
- Open the LetMeActForYou app on your iPhone and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and tap to confirm. Deletion is submitted immediately.
Your sign-in (Apple, Google or email) is a swapp1990 account, the one account shared by LetMeActForYou, WriteForYou and our other apps. Deleting it in the app deletes that account and removes your data from all of those apps.
What is deleted
- Your swapp1990 account and its sign-in, in every swapp1990 app.
- Takes, generated videos and stills, cues, and library data we store for that account.
- App preferences stored on our servers for that account.
Some security and billing logs may be kept for a limited time where the law requires (see the Privacy Policy).
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting your LetMeActForYou account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple bills those separately.
To cancel or manage LetMeActForYou Pro:
- On your iPhone, open Settings.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select the LetMeActForYou subscription and cancel or change it.
You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store account sheet, or via Apple’s apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
If you cannot open the app
Email swapp19902@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. This is a fallback, not the only way. We aim to complete email requests within 30 days.
