These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LetMeActForYou — the iOS app and the website at actforyou.swapp1990.org. By creating an account, signing in, or generating a take, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LetMeActForYou.
1. The service
LetMeActForYou is an AI casting studio. You browse actors, write a scene cue (and optional line), and we generate a short video take. Features, availability, and pricing can change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with Sign in with Apple, Google, or email via Logto.
- You must be at least 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country).
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Takes, AI output, and your content
- You retain rights in the cues and lines you write.
- You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate LetMeActForYou (generate, store, and show your takes).
- AI output can be unexpected or similar to other users’ output. Review takes before you share them. Do not rely on them as a sole source for important decisions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use LetMeActForYou to create or request content that:
- infringes others’ rights, including using a real person’s likeness without authorization where the law requires it;
- is unlawful, harassing, or hateful;
- is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content;
- violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.
5. Subscriptions and App Store billing
Optional Pro access may be sold as an auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchase. Apple’s terms apply to payment, renewal, and refunds. Deleting your LetMeActForYou account does not cancel an Apple subscription — manage that in Apple ID / App Store settings. See Delete your account.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the LetMeActForYou Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
LetMeActForYou is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or USD 50.
8. Termination
You may stop using LetMeActForYou and delete your account at any time (in-app Account → Delete account, or this page). We may suspend access that violates these Terms or creates legal or abuse risk.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as LetMeActForYou evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
