Tell us the email or Apple ID you signed in with, your iPhone model, and what happened. The version is at the bottom of the Account screen.
Signing in
You can browse the cast and write a scene without an account. To make a take, sign in with Apple, Google, or email. The same account works on the website. If sign-in does not finish, close the browser sheet and try again.
Your free take
Your first successful take is free. A take that fails is not counted, and you can try it again from the take screen.
Pro subscription
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
- To cancel or change plans, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap Manage subscription on the app's Account screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Apple handles payments and refunds. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring purchases
On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, sign in with the same account and tap Restore purchases on the Account screen.
Your takes
Finished takes are private to your account and appear in My takes. A take keeps rendering if you leave the screen. To send one to someone, open it and tap Share.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. This removes your takes, media, drafts, and profile. It does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that in Settings. More detail: Delete your account.
Privacy
To make a take, your scene, your words, and the actor's reference image are sent to third-party AI providers. Read the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
